Community Salute to Congressman Dale Kildee
The
IMA Children’s Recreation Fund is pleased to announce that Congressman
Dale E. Kildee will be the honoree at its 2008 Community Salute. The
event will take place on Thursday, March 20 at IMA Brookwood Golf & Banquet
Center beginning at 5:00 p.m.
In the past, the Community Salute has recognized outstanding local leaders such a Cal Rapson (UAW), Joe Spielman (GM), Guy Briggs (GM), and Lt. Governor John D. Cherry. Sponsorships and individual tickets are available by contacting Sarah Pinder at the IMA Children’s Recreation Fund. Proceeds from the event support programs of the IMA Children’s Recreation Fund which include Flint Junior Golf, IMA Greater Flint Softball & Baseball Commission, Davison Softball and after-school recreation programs. GRCC-PAC Breakfast at IMA Brookwood Golf & Banquet Center
Jim Epolito, President and CEO of the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, will discuss Michigan’s Strategic Plan for Diversifying Our Economy at the February 29, 2008 breakfast, 8:00-9:30 a.m. at IMA Brookwood Golf & Banquet Center. This is a great opportunity for business owners and community members interested in learning more about the initiatives underway at the State level to support and build the Genesee County community. The event is hosted by the Genesee Regional Chamber of Commerce-Political Action Committee (GRCC-PAC).
